Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Matrix Custom House Incorporated, doing business as Limelight FX and Limelight Photo Booth (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the Lime mobile app, Limelight FX websites, event dashboards, photo and video experiences, galleries, printing features, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use these services.
Information we receive
Depending on the features you use, we receive:
- Account and contact information: information you submit to register, manage an account, contact support, or receive content, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and account identifiers.
- Photos, videos, and other content: media you capture or upload, audio included in submitted media, generation prompts, reference materials, generated results, and associated event and delivery information.
- Transaction information: subscription status, credit balances, orders, payment confirmations, and related billing records. Creem handles payment details for purchases completed through its checkout; its privacy notice also applies to those transactions.
- Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the services, including IP addresses, device and application information, request logs, and crash reports. Release versions of Lime use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, which can include installation identifiers and diagnostic device information.
- Location information: where a location-enabled feature is used, location information permitted by your device settings may be used to locate nearby events or experiences. The feature and permissions determine the location available to it.
- Permissions and preferences: delivery choices, consent records, marketing preferences, and device permissions you grant.
Device permission does not necessarily mean information is uploaded. Some capture, editing, local gallery, device pairing, and printing operations take place locally. When cloud features are used, the content and information required for those features are transmitted to our services or relevant service providers. Information queued while offline may be transmitted when connectivity returns.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and event experiences; capture, process, generate, store, display, and print media; deliver gallery links or content by the methods selected; manage subscriptions and credits; provide support; diagnose errors; prevent misuse; enforce our Terms; and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications are subject to the applicable consent and preference controls. A delivery request is not permission for unrelated marketing.
AI processing and content moderation
AI features send the inputs needed for the selected workflow, which can include photos, videos, reference materials, and prompts, to external processing services. Depending on the workflow, these may include Google Cloud/Firebase and Google AI services, Atlas Cloud and its applicable model providers, or fal.ai and its applicable model providers. Not every provider receives every submission.
Prompts submitted for safety screening may be shared with Creem’s Content Moderation API, together with a request or account-related identifier. Moderation results and associated records may be used to assess policy compliance, investigate abuse, and restrict prohibited use. Creem also handles payment-related information when its checkout is used.
Before using an AI feature, review the applicable notice describing external processing and provide any required consent. Do not submit another person’s likeness or personal information without the necessary rights and permissions. Provider processing and retention depend on the service used and applicable agreements; this policy does not promise that every external provider has identical retention or model-training practices.
Event organizers galleries and sharing
If you participate in an experience operated by a venue, employer, brand, photographer, or other event organizer, that organizer may receive the media, contact information, consent records, and event reports associated with its configured experience. The organizer is responsible for its own use of information and any additional privacy notices or consents it requires.
Gallery access depends on the event’s settings. Public galleries may be viewable by others, and people who receive share links may forward them. Ask the organizer about the event’s gallery visibility before submitting content. Printing sends the selected content to the configured printer or print service. Copies downloaded, printed, or received by others are outside our direct control.
Other disclosures
We disclose information to service providers as needed for hosting, storage, AI processing, moderation, delivery, diagnostics, payment administration, security, and support. We also disclose information when you direct us to share it, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the information, the service and event settings, applicable service commitments, and legal requirements. Media and associated event records are kept for the applicable gallery or service period. Account, transaction, consent, support, security, and moderation records may need different retention periods. Offline media and print queues can remain on an operator’s device until removed there. Backup copies may persist until the applicable backup cycle expires, subject to legal preservation requirements.
You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@limelightfx.com. Include the relevant event name or account email and enough information to locate the records; do not send passwords or payment card numbers. We may verify your identity. If an organizer controls the records, we may direct or assist your request to that organizer. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Deletion from our services does not recall copies already downloaded, printed, or independently retained by recipients or organizers.
Your choices
You can manage camera, microphone, photo library, location, and local network permissions in device settings. Revoking a permission can limit the feature that requires it. You may withdraw optional marketing consent using the unsubscribe method in the communication or by contacting us. For marketing texts, follow the opt-out instructions supplied with the message. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed.
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and, where enabled, analytics. Use available website controls and browser settings to manage them. App permissions and browser cookie settings are separate controls.
Children and event participation
Account registration and purchases are intended for adults. Event organizers must obtain any legally required parent or guardian permission before collecting or submitting a child’s information or likeness. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted without appropriate permission, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Our services and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Applicable privacy rights and protections may differ by location.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. This policy describes information practices and does not replace any consent required for a particular use.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
Limelight FX is intended for lawful photo, video, headshot, creative, and event experiences. You must have the rights and permissions required to submit your prompts, images, videos, reference materials, and other content, including permission to use another person’s likeness.
Adult, NSFW, pornographic, and sexually explicit image and video generation is prohibited. You may not request, create, upload, distribute, sell, or use the Services to facilitate pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity, sexual services, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual deepfakes. This prohibition applies to text prompts, source images and videos, references, generated outputs, edits, and attempts to produce such material indirectly. Sexual content or exploitation involving minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, altered, or AI-generated depictions.
You also may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, threatening, or infringing activity; impersonate others deceptively; violate privacy or publicity rights; interfere with the Services; reverse-engineer software except as permitted by law; or bypass access restrictions or content safeguards. Attempts to evade moderation through coded language, prompt splitting, altered references, indirect instructions, or alternate generation routes are prohibited.
We may screen prompts and related submissions using automated moderation services, including Creem’s Content Moderation API, and apply additional provider or platform restrictions. We may refuse or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and respond to legal requests as appropriate. A moderation result or generated output does not grant permission to create or distribute prohibited material. Users remain responsible for their submissions and use of outputs.
Report suspected violations to info@limelightfx.com. Payment, cancellation, and refund rights remain subject to the applicable purchase terms, payment-provider requirements, and law.
